How To Make Frazzled Chorizo & Rocket Linguine

Ingredients

  • 8 oz linguine
  • 4 oz chorizo, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 cups rocket (arugula)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chorizo slices and cook until crispy and browned, about 5 minutes. Remove the chorizo from the skillet and set aside.

  3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

  4. Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss with the garlic and red pepper flakes.

  5. Add the rocket (arugula) to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted.

  6. Return the crispy chorizo to the skillet and toss everything together.

  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  8. Serve the linguine topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
