How To Make Frazzled Chorizo & Rocket Linguine

Ingredients
- 8 oz linguine
- 4 oz chorizo, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 cups rocket (arugula)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chorizo slices and cook until crispy and browned, about 5 minutes. Remove the chorizo from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss with the garlic and red pepper flakes.

Add the rocket (arugula) to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted.

Return the crispy chorizo to the skillet and toss everything together.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the linguine topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
