  • 1 pound linguine pasta
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 cans (10 oz) chopped clams, drained
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Parmesan cheese, for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine according to package instructions.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  3. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

  4. Pour in white wine and cook for 2-3 minutes.

  5. Add chopped clams and red pepper flakes, and cook for 5 minutes.

  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  7. Drain linguine and add to the skillet with the clam sauce.

  8. Toss until pasta is fully coated in sauce.

  9. Serve hot with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
