How To Make Garlic Shrimp Linguine Recipe

Ingredients

  • 12 oz linguine
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. Increase heat to medium-high and add shrimp to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through. Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.

  4. Add cooked linguine to the skillet and toss with the garlic-infused oil. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. Return cooked shrimp to the skillet and toss with linguine until well combined.

  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
