How To Make Lemon Garlic Parmesan Shrimp Pasta
Savor a bite of this deliciously buttery shrimp pasta with juicy shrimp simmered in a lemon-garlic sauce tossed with parmesan, parsley, and spices!

Ingredients
- 8ozlinguine pasta
- 2tbspolive oil
- 6tbspbutter
- 4clovesgarlic,minced
- 1tspred pepper flakes
- 1¼lbslarge shrimp
- salt and pepper,to taste
- 1tspItalian seasoning
- 4cupsbaby spinach
- ½cupparmesan cheese
- 2tbspparsley,chopped
- 1tbsplemon juice
Instructions

In a large pot, cook the pasta in boiling water according to its package directions.

Drain and set aside.

Using the same pan, heat the olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter.

Add the garlic and red pepper flakes, and cook until fragrant.

Add the shrimp and salt and pepper to taste.

Cook until the shrimp start to turn pink.

Add the Italian seasoning and spinach, and cook until wilted.

Add the pasta back to the pot with the remaining butter, parmesan, and parsley.

Stir until mixed and the butter is melted.

Add the lemon juice before serving and serve while hot.
