How To Make Soba Noodles with Wasabi Garlic Prawns

Ingredients
- 250g soba noodles
- 500g prawns, deveined and peeled
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tsp of wasabi paste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped spring onions for garnish
Instructions

Cook soba noodles according to packet instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a bowl, mix together garlic, wasabi paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, ginger, salt, and pepper.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink.

Pour the garlic and wasabi sauce over the prawns. Cook for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Add the cooked soba noodles to the pan and toss to coat everything evenly in the sauce.

Serve hot, garnished with chopped spring onions.
