How To Make Buckwheat Soba Noodles Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 oz buckwheat soba noodles
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup thinly sliced cucumber
- 1 cup shredded red cabbage
Instructions

Cook soba noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and ginger.

In a large bowl, toss noodles with dressing, scallions, sesame seeds, carrots, cucumber, and red cabbage.
