How To Make Teriyaki Prawns & Broccoli Noodles

Ingredients
- 1 lb prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 8 oz noodles (such as udon or soba)
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- Sesame seeds and sliced green onions, for garnish
Instructions

Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.

In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium-high heat. Add the prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the broccoli and sauté for 4-5 minutes, until tender-crisp.

Add the cooked noodles and teriyaki sauce to the skillet. Toss to coat everything evenly and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until heated through.

Return the cooked prawns to the skillet and toss to combine.

Serve the teriyaki prawns and broccoli noodles hot, garnished with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
