Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, ranch seasoning mix, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, chopped parsley, egg, salt, and pepper.

Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.

Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.

Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
