How To Make Smoked Mackerel & Leek Hash with Horseradish

- 400g smoked mackerel fillets, flaked
- 2 leeks, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and diced
- 4 tbsp horseradish sauce
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the leeks and garlic, and sauté until softened.

Add the diced potatoes to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, around 10-12 minutes.

Stir in the smoked paprika, dried thyme, and season with salt and pepper.

Gently fold in the flaked smoked mackerel and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until warmed through.
