  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp horseradish
  • 1/4 cup chives, chopped
  • 2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, horseradish, chives, salt, and pepper.

  3. Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheets and cut into 12 equal squares.

  4. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture onto each pastry square.

  5. Fold the corners of the pastry squares towards the center, creating a tartlet shape.

  6. Brush the tartlets with the beaten egg wash.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and crispy.
