  • 200g smoked mackerel fillets
  • 150g cream cheese
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cucumber, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend the smoked mackerel fillets until smooth.

  2. Add the cream cheese, lemon juice, chopped red onion, dill, salt, and pepper. Blend until well combined.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
