How To Make Smoked Mackerel Pâté with Cucumber

- 200g smoked mackerel fillets
- 150g cream cheese
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped dill
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cucumber, sliced

In a food processor, blend the smoked mackerel fillets until smooth.

Add the cream cheese, lemon juice, chopped red onion, dill, salt, and pepper. Blend until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
