  • 2 smoked mackerel fillets, flaked
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1 small beetroot, cooked and sliced
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, beetroot slices, red onion, and fresh dill.
