How To Make Smoked Mackerel Salad with Beetroot & Horseradish Dressing

Ingredients
- 2 smoked mackerel fillets, flaked
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1 small beetroot, cooked and sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
