How To Make Venison Sausages with Piquant Beans

Ingredients
- 4 venison sausages
- 1 can of piquant beans
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions, garlic, and red bell pepper, and cook until softened.

Add the venison sausages to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides.

Stir in the smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Add the piquant beans to the skillet and stir to combine. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
