How To Make Tea & Biscuits Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup biscuit crumbs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tea bags

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

  2. In a medium bowl, mix the biscuit crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish to create a crust.

  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  4. Add the egg and milk to the cream cheese mixture and beat until well combined.

  5. Cut open the tea bags and sprinkle the tea leaves into the cream cheese mixture. Stir to evenly distribute.

  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the biscuit crust in the baking dish.

  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.

  8. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before refrigerating for at least 2 hours.

  9. Once chilled, cut into bars and serve.
