Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cucumbers, grated
  • 2 shallots, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.

  2. Thread the chicken pieces onto the skewers and sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over them.

  3. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

  4. Grill the chicken skewers for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

  5. In a separate bowl, mix grated cucumber, chopped shallots, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and fresh dill to make the dip.

  6. Serve the grilled chicken skewers with the cucumber and shallot dip.
