Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder in a bowl.

  2. In a separate bowl, beat brown sugar and butter until creamy.

  3. Add eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture and mix well.

  4. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients to form a batter.

  5. Spoon the batter into a greased crockpot.

  6. In a small bowl, microwave the peanut butter for 15-20 seconds until slightly melted.

  7. Drizzle the melted peanut butter over the brownie batter in the crockpot.

  8. Use a knife or skewer to swirl the peanut butter into the batter.

  9. Cook on high for 2.5 hours or until the edges are crispy and the center is cooked through.

  10. Let it cool for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
