Ingredients

  • 2 cups of coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • Shredded coconut for topping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, sugar, eggs, salt, and vanilla extract.

  2. Grease the crockpot with cooking spray.

  3. Pour the mixture into the crockpot.

  4. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours.

  5. Once done, let the custard cool.

  6. Toast shredded coconut in a pan and sprinkle on top of the custard.

  7. Serve chilled.
