How To Make Crockpot Coconut Custard Recipe
Creamy and delicious coconut custard that’s made in a slow cooker.

Ingredients
- 2 cups of coconut milk
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- Shredded coconut for topping
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, sugar, eggs, salt, and vanilla extract.

Grease the crockpot with cooking spray.

Pour the mixture into the crockpot.

Cover and cook on low for 3 hours.

Once done, let the custard cool.

Toast shredded coconut in a pan and sprinkle on top of the custard.
