Ingredients

  • 4 cups sliced peaches
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together peaches, lemon juice, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and flour.

  2. Pour the mixture into a 4-quart crockpot.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix together oats, pecans, and melted butter.

  4. Sprinkle the oat mixture over the top of the peach mixture in the crockpot.

  5. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours.

  6. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream (optional).
