How To Make Crockpot Carrot Cake
Moist and delicious carrot cake made in a Crockpot.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 2 cups grated carrots
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
Instructions

In a bowl, combine grated carrots, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients.

Fold in chopped walnuts.

Grease the Crockpot with cooking spray.

Pour the batter in and spread it out evenly.

Cover the Crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours.

Use a toothpick to test if the cake is done.

Once done, remove and let it cool.

Serve with whipped cream or frosting.
