Ingredients

  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup of refried beans
  • 1 cup of cooked ground beef
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup of sliced black olives
  • 1 cup of sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Place one tortilla in a round baking dish.

  3. Spread a layer of refried beans on top of the tortilla.

  4. Add a layer of ground beef, followed by a layer of cheese.

  5. Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas, beans, beef, and cheese.

  6. Top the final tortilla with diced tomatoes and black olives.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

  9. Slice and serve the tortilla pie with a dollop of sour cream on top.
