How To Make Polish Stuffed Cabbage Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 large head of cabbage
- 500g ground pork
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Carefully remove the outer leaves of the cabbage, blanch them in the boiling water for a few minutes until soft, then remove and set aside to cool.

In a large bowl, mix together the ground pork, cooked rice, chopped onion, minced garlic, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Take a cabbage leaf and place a spoonful of the meat and rice mixture onto the center. Fold the sides of the leaf over the filling, then roll it up tightly.

Arrange the stuffed cabbage rolls in a baking dish, seam side down. Pour the tomato sauce over the rolls.

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.

Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 30 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender and the meat is cooked through.

Serve the stuffed cabbage rolls hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
