Ingredients

  • 4 Polish link sausages
  • 1 head of cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon of caraway seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic and cook until translucent.

  2. Add the sausages to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides.

  3. Remove the sausages from the skillet and set aside. Add the cabbage to the skillet and cook until wilted.

  4. Add the caraway seeds, salt, and pepper to the skillet and stir well to combine.

  5. Return the sausages to the skillet and cover. Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the sausages are cooked through and the cabbage is tender.

  6. Serve the Polish link sausage and cabbage hot. Enjoy!
