How To Make Polish Sausage and Cabbage Stir-Fry Recipe

A quick, easy and flavorful stir-fry dish using Polish sausage and cabbage.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Polish sausage, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 4 cups of cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp of smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

  2. Add sliced Polish sausage and cook for 3-4 minutes, until browned.

  3. Add sliced onions and minced garlic, cook for additional 2 minutes.

  4. Add cabbage to skillet and season with soy sauce, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.

  5. Stir-fry everything together for about 10 minutes or until cabbage is cooked through.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
