
How To Make Creamy Turkey Casserole
Leave the table satisfied with this turkey casserole. It’s loaded with pasta and mushrooms cooked in a creamy sauce then topped with breadcrumbs.

Ingredients
- 3cupsuncooked penne,or medium pasta
- 3tbspbutter
- 1onion,finely diced
- 8ozmushrooms,sliced
- 2clovesgarlic,minced
- 10¾ozcondensed cream of chicken soup
- 1⅓cupmilk
- ½tspseasoned salt
- ½tspdried basil
- 1cupHavarti cheese,or Swiss cheese, shredded
- 3cupscooked turkey
For Topping:
- ¼cupseasoned bread crumbs
- 2tbspbutter,melted
Instructions

Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine topping ingredients and set aside.

Cook pasta al dente according to package directions.

Cook onion, mushrooms, and garlic in butter for about 5 minutes until tender.

In a large bowl combine soup, mushroom mixture, milk, seasonings, and ½ of the cheese. Fold in turkey and pasta.

Spread into a 9×13-inch casserole dish, top with remaining cheese, and sprinkle with topping.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
