How To Make Leftover Turkey Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 cups leftover cooked turkey, shredded
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded turkey, cooked rice, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, milk, shredded cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×9 inch baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden brown on top.
