How To Make Christmas Hash Brown Potato Bake
Christmas mornings just got a lot more festive with this potato bake, a filling casserole loaded with bacon, eggs, and cheddar cheese!
Place the bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until evenly browned. Drain bacon slices on paper towels and crumble.
Beat the eggs in a bowl and stir in milk. Season with salt and pepper. Add the bacon, hash browns, and ½ of the Cheddar cheese.
Butter a casserole dish and press mixture into the dish. Top with the remaining cheese.
Cover the casserole and refrigerate to let flavors mingle for 8 hours to overnight.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Uncover the casserole.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1½ to 2 hours until eggs are set.
Serve warm, and enjoy!
