How To Make Chinese Chicken Casserole

Chunks of chicken made into a casserole – Chinese style! We've added some chow mein noodles for that Asian twist.

Ingredients

  • 3 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 4 oz almonds, slivered
  • ½ cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 10 ¾ oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 ¼ cup chicken broth
  • 6 oz. chow mein noodles, divided

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Mix together all ingredients with three-quarters of the chow mein noodles in a large bowl

  3. Pour into a 9x13 inch greased baking dish.

  4. Top with remaining noodles.

  5. Bake 45-60 minutes, or until chicken is completely cooked and juices have evaporated.
