You can’t go wrong with this beef macaroni casserole recipe. For any cheesy taco lover, this casserole is the best of both worlds.

How To Make Beef Taco Macaroni
Ingredients
- ½ lb. ground beef
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 8 oz. macaroni, cooked
- ¾ cup salsa, of choice
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup Mexican blend cheese, with extra to serve
- 1 can black beans
- 1 handful green onions, chopped
- Jalapeno pepper, sliced, as desired
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cook the ground beef in a pan over medium heat with seasonings. Drain the grease and set aside to cool.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cooked macaroni, salsa, sour cream and the cooked beef.

Grease a baking pan and add in the pasta.

Sprinkle a layer of cheese, followed by a layer of black beans.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.

Top with green onions and jalapeno peppers. Serve with extra cheese on the side!
