How To Make Slumgullion

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add diced onions to the skillet and cook until softened.

Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, garlic powder, dried basil, and dried oregano. Bring to a simmer.

Stir in elbow macaroni and cover. Cook for about 15 minutes or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
