Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 small green bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed tomato soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 cups uncooked macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, bell pepper, and garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned and the vegetables are softened.

Drain any excess grease from the skillet.

Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato soup, beef broth, macaroni, Worcestershire sauce, basil, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10-12 minutes, or until the macaroni is cooked al dente.

Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
