  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp marjoram
  • 2 lbs pork loin, cubed


  1. Mix ingredients, marinate in a Ziploc bag for 6 hours or overnight.

  2. Spear cubes on skewers.

  3. Grill on high heat for approximately 3 minutes per side.

  4. Serve and enjoy.
