How To Make Lamb, Lemon & Dill Souvlaki

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs lamb, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, fresh dill, salt, and pepper.

Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto skewers and grill for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked to your desired level of doneness.

Serve the souvlaki hot with your choice of sides, such as pita bread, tzatziki sauce, and Greek salad.
