How To Make Cumin Pork Chops with Honey Carrots

Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 medium carrots, sliced
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions

Season the pork chops with cumin, salt, and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

In a separate skillet, cook the carrots in olive oil until slightly tender.

Add honey to the carrots and cook for another 2 minutes, until caramelized.

Serve the pork chops with honey-glazed carrots on the side.
