  • 4 pork chops
  • 1/2 cup of keto-friendly honey
  • 1/4 cup of Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp of paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.

  2. Season pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

  3. Heat a skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat.

  4. Sear pork chops on both sides until brown, about 3 minutes per side.

  5. Mix together keto honey and Dijon mustard in a small bowl.

  6. Brush honey mustard mixture over pork chops.

  7. Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until pork chops are fully cooked.
