- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 4 medium-sized potatoes, washed and quartered
- 4 large carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Season the pork chops with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Place the pork chops in the pressure cooker and brown them on both sides using the sauté function.

Remove the pork chops from the pressure cooker and set aside.

Add the potatoes, carrots, and chicken broth to the pressure cooker.
