  • 8lbsbone-in spiral sliced ham,cooked
  • ½cupbourbon,divided
  • 2cupsbrown sugar,packed
  • ¼cuporange juice
  • 1tsporange zest
  • 1tspground mustard
  • ¼tspground coriander
  • ½tspcinnamon


  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

  2. Place the ham in a roasting pan and pour ¼ cup bourbon all over the top of it.

  3. Place in the oven, covered with foil, for 90 minutes.

  4. Stir together the brown sugar, ¼ cup bourbon, orange juice, ground mustard, coriander and cinnamon to a small bowl and mix.

  5. Pour over the ham and cook for an additional 30 minutes.

  6. Remove from the oven and allow to rest for, covered loosely with the foil, for 15 minutes before serving.
