How To Make Honey-Glazed Ham

Ingredients
- 1 (4-pound) bone-in ham
- 1 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).

Place the ham on a roasting rack in a large roasting pan.

In a small saucepan, combine the honey, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, and cloves. Heat over medium heat until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Brush the honey glaze all over the ham, making sure to get into all the crevices.

Cover the ham loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.

Remove the foil and brush the ham with more of the honey glaze.

Return the ham to the oven and continue to bake, uncovered, for another 30-45 minutes, or until the glaze is sticky and caramelized.

Remove the ham from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.

Serve with the remaining honey glaze on the side.
