How To Make Cherry and Port Glazed Ham Recipe
A sweet and savory ham recipe glazed with cherry and Port wine sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 (4-pound) fully cooked bone-in ham
- 1 cup of Port wine
- 1/2 cup of cherry jam
- 1/4 cup of Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cloves
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F and line a large roasting pan with foil.

Place the ham in the pan and score the surface in a diamond pattern.

Mix the Port wine, cherry jam, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, and ground cloves in a bowl.

Brush half of the glaze over the ham and roast for 1 hour.

Brush the remaining glaze over the ham and roast for another 1.5 hours, basting occasionally.

Let the ham rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
