Ingredients
- 1 lb sausage, mild, removed from its casing, and chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups pancake mix, preferably Bisquick
- 8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
- cooking spray
For Serving:
- ¼ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup ranch dressing
