- 4 walleye fillets
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
