Ingredients
- 4 cod fillets
- 200g goat’s cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Place the cod fillets in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, mix together the crumbled goat’s cheese and fresh thyme leaves.

Spread the goat’s cheese mixture evenly over the top of each cod fillet.

Drizzle olive oil over the fish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the cheese is golden and bubbly.
