Use leftover lamb for an easy, flavorful shawarma wrap filled with veggies and yogurt sauce.

Ingredients
- 2 cups of shredded leftover lamb
- 4 pita breads
- 1 cup of sliced tomatoes
- 1 cup of sliced cucumbers
- 1/2 cup of sliced red onions
- 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup of chopped mint
- 1 cup of Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Heat the shredded lamb in a pan over medium-high heat until warmed through.

Warm the pita breads in the microwave or on a hot griddle.

To assemble the shawarma wraps, spread the yogurt sauce onto each pita bread, then add the warmed lamb on top.
