A delicious and flavorful salad featuring tender chicken livers served warm.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken livers
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken livers and cook until browned on each side, about 5-7 minutes.

Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the cooked chicken livers.

In a large bowl, combine salad greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. Toss well to coat.

Divide the salad mixture onto four plates.
