How To Make Vegetarian Low Carb Tofu Stir-Fry Recipe
A delicious vegetarian stir-fry with tofu, veggies, and a spicy sauce. Low in carbs and high in protein!
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 package of firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup of broccoli florets
- 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of rice vinegar
- 1 tsp of chili flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the tofu and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Add the bell pepper, onion, broccoli, and mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, until tender.

Add the garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili flakes, salt, and pepper to the pan and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.

Return the tofu to the pan and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes to combine all the flavors.

Serve hot with a side of cauliflower rice.
