Ingredients
- 1 bunch of kale, stems removed and chopped
- 1 can of chana (chickpeas), drained and rinsed
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon of red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions and garlic until golden brown.

Add the cumin powder, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Cook for a minute.

Add the kale and cook until wilted.

Add the chana (chickpeas) and coconut milk. Mix well.

Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, or until the kale is cooked through.

Season with salt to taste.

Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
