Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 8 fresh figs, sliced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out the puff pastry sheet onto the prepared baking sheet.

In a small bowl, mix together the honey, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

Brush the honey mixture onto the puff pastry.

Arrange the sliced figs on top of the pastry.
