Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of kale, stems removed and leaves chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.

  2. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. Add the kale to the skillet and stir fry for 5-6 minutes until wilted and slightly crispy.

  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper.

  5. Pour the sauce over the kale and stir fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until the kale is coated and heated through.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
