How To Make Sausages with Sticky Onion Gravy
This recipe features juicy sausages smothered in a delicious sticky onion gravy.

Ingredients
- 8 sausages
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups beef or chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sausages and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and cook until softened and caramelized, about 10 minutes.

Sprinkle brown sugar over the onions and stir until melted and caramelized.

Stir in balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, until the gravy thickens slightly.

Return the sausages to the skillet and simmer for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the sausages are cooked through and the flavors are well combined.
