How To Make Sweet & Sticky Cabbage with Bangers

Ingredients
- 4 bangers (sausages)
- 1 small cabbage, shredded
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the sausages and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and minced garlic. Cook until softened.

Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet and cook until wilted.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the cabbage and onions.

Return the sausages to the skillet and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the sausages are cooked through and the sauce has thickened.

In a separate small bowl, mix the cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Stir into the skillet to thicken the sauce further.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the sweet and sticky cabbage with the bangers.
