- 4 sausages
- 2 cups of grapes
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.

Add the sausages and cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes.

Remove the sausages from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add the grapes and cook for 1-2 minutes until they start to release their juices.

Add the honey and balsamic vinegar to the pan, stirring well to combine.

Return the sausages to the pan, nestling them amongst the grapes.

Reduce the heat to low and cover the pan with a lid. Allow the sausages to cook for another 10 minutes, until cooked through and sticky.
